Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per user. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate terms of service.
Intellectual Property
Generated business ideas and plans belong to you. The code, design, and technology of the IdeaGen platform are our intellectual property. Copying or reproducing the service is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
AI generation is advisory in nature. We do not guarantee the success of business ideas and are not liable for financial decisions made based on generated content. Conduct your own analysis.
Payments & Refunds
Free generation is available to every user. Paid features are processed through secure checkout provider. Refunds are available within 7 days if the service has not been used.
Changes to Terms
We may update terms of service. We will notify you of significant changes by email. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated terms.
