Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing & billing
Idea generation includes free credits for every account. Paid one-time purchases are the detailed business plan (₹999) and additional idea generations (₹99). There are no recurring subscriptions. Payments are sold and processed by DodoPayments, our Merchant of Record; your purchase and any refund are handled in accordance with DodoPayments' policies.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the paid deliverable has not been used. A detailed plan is considered used once it has been unlocked and made available to view online.
3. How to request
Email support@ideagen.online with the payment reference shown on your DodoPayments receipt. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through DodoPayments to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
5. Non-refundable
Detailed plans that have already been unlocked and made available to view online are non-refundable.
